+How is "Tier-S" defined? Can I see the wallet list?
Tier-S is the top stratum of the Hyperliquid leaderboard the tier-s-scanner reads off /info every 3min. We track a rotating top-30 by 30-day notional, with hand-curated S/A/RS labels in tg_channels_registry.json's sibling whale registry. Tier-2 subscribers see the full wallet list with PnL track records; Tier-1 sees consensus aggregates only.
+What's the latency on Tier 2 signals?
SSE fan-out p50 is ~142ms from event-bus write to your browser. WS-sourced events (liquidations, sweeps, pivot breaks) typically arrive 200-400ms after the source exchange. Tier-1's "delayed 15m on alerts" is a deliberate gate, not a technical limit.
+Do you sell my data or share it with anyone?
No. We don't have anything worth selling — you don't connect your portfolio, exchange API keys live only inside your browser for the volume-unlock check, and we don't track or fingerprint outside the analytics needed to debug SSE lag. The signals you see are what you bought.
+Can I cancel? Get a refund?
Cancel any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We refund the unused portion if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked. Annual plans pro-rate refunds month-by-month.
